Training Program Materials for “Scaling Up Energy Efficiency for Leaders of Industrial Enterprises” under the “Vietnam Scaling Up Energy Efficiency Project”.

The training program consists of six modules as follows:

Module 1: Introduction to the Project and Policies: Energy Efficiency, Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction, and Gender Issues in the Field of Energy Efficiency

Module 2: The Relationship between Energy, Environment, and Business Operations

Module 3: Current Status of Energy Use and Energy Saving Potential in Vietnam’s Industrial Sector and Manufacturing Industries

Module 4: Energy Management and Energy Management Systems

Module 5: Financing for Energy Efficiency Projects

Module 6: Case Studies on Energy Efficiency and Conservation in the Manufacturing Industry

Notably, Modules 3 and 6 are specially designed for eight industry sectors, including: Beverages; Fisheries; Textiles and Garments; Pulp and Paper; Bricks and Ceramics; Iron and Steel; Cement; and Plastics.
