Risk Sharing Facility (RSF) Leaflet

The Risk Sharing Facility (RSF) is a component of the VSUEE Project with a total of 75 million USD funded by the Green Climate Fund through the World Bank. The Fund was established to provide credit risk reduction for participating financial institutions (PFIs) when lending to energy efficiency investment projects in the form of RSF credit guarantees.
RSF aims to increase energy efficiency in Vietnam's industrial sectors by (a) encouraging the private sector to invest in energy efficiency projects; and (b) providing additional technical assistance and capacity building for stakeholders in the energy efficiency market.
