Capacity building for enterprises, banks, and stakeholders is one of the core factors for the effective implementation of energy-saving solutions in industry. Component 2: Technical Assistance under the VSUEE Project has implemented a series of capacity-building training activities on energy saving for stakeholders to raise awareness and promote the implementation of energy-saving solutions in Vietnam's industrial sectors.
