Delegates attend the opening ceremony.
At the exhibition, visitors have the opportunity to explore a wide range of advanced technologies in industrial and residential electrical equipment, automation, renewable energy, energy storage systems, smart energy management solutions, and numerous energy-efficient products for industrial and household applications. Many high-efficiency, environmentally friendly technologies are being showcased, contributing to Vietnam's green transition and the promotion of energy-efficient practices.
In addition to the exhibition, the B2B business matching program remains one of the event's highlights. Through one-on-one business meetings, participating enterprises can connect directly with potential customers, buyers, investors, and strategic partners from many countries, creating opportunities to expand cooperation and enhance trade promotion activities. The exhibition also features a series of thematic seminars bringing together policymakers, industry experts, and leading enterprises to discuss emerging trends in electrical technologies, green energy, digital transformation in the energy sector, and practical solutions for improving energy efficiency in businesses.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the Green Booth – Energy Efficiency, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, showcases energy-efficient products and technologies, helping promote green consumption and sustainable development. The Green Booth is part of the communication activities under the Vietnam National Energy Efficiency Programme for the 2019–2030 period (VNEEP3).
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang, Director General of IGIP-MOIT, and delegates visit the exhibition area showcasing energy-efficient technologies and products with the highest energy performance.
During 2026, IGIP will organize 25 Green Booths across Vietnam's three regions, primarily in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. The initiative aims to raise public awareness of energy efficiency, promote green consumption, and encourage businesses to adopt advanced technologies in production and business operations.
More importantly, the Green Booth serves as a bridge connecting manufacturers and suppliers of energy-efficient equipment with consumers, distributors, and commercial partners. This initiative encourages businesses to innovate, improve product quality, and enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese products in both domestic and international markets.
The Green Booth – Energy Efficiency attracts significant attention from exhibition visitors.
Vietnam ETE & Greenergy Expo 2026 takes place from 15–17 July 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) and is expected to welcome more than 20,000 professional visitors, including manufacturers, contractors, engineering consultants, industrial enterprises, project developers, government agencies, and organizations operating in the electrical, energy, and environmental sectors.
As Vietnam's energy demand continues to grow alongside economic development, industrialization, and digital transformation, the country's electricity and energy industries are entering a new phase of rapid transformation aimed at ensuring national energy security while achieving sustainable development goals and fulfilling Vietnam's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
Promoting clean energy development, modernizing electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure, and applying digital technologies in power system management and operation have become strategic priorities that will improve energy efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of the national economy.
With strong growth potential and increasing investment demand, Vietnam's electricity and energy sector is expected to remain one of the country's key industries, playing a crucial role in the energy transition, green economic development, and the realization of Vietnam's net-zero emissions target by 2050.
