Since the factory was designed in 2004, the company has prioritized selecting high-efficiency electrical and lighting equipment and implementing various technical measures to optimize energy and resource use throughout the production process. In addition, energy management in production workshops has always been a key focus, with major electricity-consuming equipment undergoing regular inspection, maintenance, and upgrades to sustain operational efficiency.

One of the most effective solutions has been the installation of an intelligent central air-conditioning control system for 32 kW air-conditioning units. This solution automatically shuts down the compressor twice during each 30-minute cycle for approximately three minutes each time while still maintaining the required indoor temperature. As a result, electricity consumption for each air-conditioning system has been reduced by around 20%.

Alongside technical measures to improve the energy efficiency of air-conditioning systems, the company has also introduced management regulations and awareness programs to encourage employees to practice energy conservation.

Vianco has not limited its efforts to air-conditioning systems. The company has also implemented numerous energy-saving measures for its compressed air systems. Previously, air leakage at pipe joints and connections caused significant energy losses. By replacing old air fittings with higher-quality, more durable, and leak-resistant components, the company has reduced compressed air losses and achieved energy savings of up to 48% compared to previous levels.

For the circulating water pump system, Vianco installed variable frequency drives (VFDs) to regulate water flow according to actual demand. This solution not only improves system stability but also reduces electricity consumption by 20–30%.

In the area of internal lighting, the company has gradually replaced fluorescent lamps and magnetic ballasts with high-efficiency LED lighting. In addition, an intelligent lighting control system equipped with infrared sensors has been installed to automatically switch off lights when areas are unoccupied, thereby minimizing unnecessary energy consumption. Furthermore, 20 solar-powered lighting units have been deployed to illuminate factory areas.

Alongside technological solutions, Vianco places strong emphasis on establishing a comprehensive energy management system. The company has created a dedicated energy management department responsible for developing energy policies and targets; monitoring the implementation of energy-saving programs; establishing energy consumption benchmarks for each production area; and organizing awareness campaigns to promote energy-efficient practices among employees.

The company also regularly conducts training programs on energy-saving technologies, energy management systems, and efficient production solutions. Many staff members have participated in specialized energy management courses and continuously update their knowledge of emerging technologies to further improve energy efficiency in manufacturing operations.
